Where does this store ship from?

All of my prints ship from the post office right down the street from my apartment. Although, sometimes I might go to the post office near where I work. I think the people there are nicer anyway.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?

If there is a problem with your order or if I messed up and sent you the wrong thing let me know and we'll work it out.

If you would like a refund you will be responsible for the safe return of the product to me and I will refund you the purchase price.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

We sure do. The shipping will cost you a bit but if you want it, we'll get it to you.

What if anything else is wrong with my order?

If you feel that there has been an error with your order, let me know and we'll work it out.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

Can I track my order?

Sure. If you want a tracking number you can choose that shipping option. It will cost a little more to account for the added cost of obtaining a tracking number from the US Postal Service.
